Kascor performed a complete fitout for Jellis Craig Pascoevale. This was a significant fitout as the site was an old Commonwealth Bank wall-mounted ATM in a modernist commercial building.
The fitout involved some demolition of existing offices and minor components, but Kascor worked closely with the client to ensure that their design and expectations were met.
One of the significant challenges of the project was creating a new external staff exit door with a fire-rated metal safety door and jambs. This involved engineering and structure work. Another challenge was modifying part of the original bank vault, which required extensive saw cutting and structure work. Additionally, Kascor modified the existing AC system and painted the external facades to suit the new layout.
