The project included the full fitout of amenities, such as toilets, staff areas, and offices, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and compliance with all building regulations. Kascor coordinated and obtained all necessary permits and approvals, including the building permit, streamlining the entire process for our client.
The demised area was handed over to us as an empty shell, which included all Category 1 services in place, including mechanical, fire services and in-ground plumbing. We worked closely with the base builders to ensure the design intent and functionality of the gym were retained and fully compliant.
