Kascor completed this refurbishment of Jetts Bundoora in one week.  This included a brand refresh, new flooring and wall designs.

Kascor undertook a comprehensive construction and renovation project at Jetts Fitness in Preston, which included structural work, plumbing, electrical work, and specialized flooring to address acoustic concerns.

This work creates a modern and functional fitness facility while ensuring minimal noise disruption to the hotel above.

After a storm caused flooding in the tenancy, Kascor worked closely with a hygienist and the clients’ insurers to complete a full refurbishment of the gymnasium. This refurbishment included new flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, electrical and lighting fixtures, and joinery items.

The Jetts Fitness Wendouree refurbishment involved painting the walls, replacing the flooring with soundproofing material, and making cosmetic changes to the joinery items. The gymnasium was closed for only one week to complete the work.

The Jetts Fitness located in St Kilda underwent a renovation in stages.

Stage 1: focused on removing an existing office located next to the gym, which took four days to complete. The landlord then performed some necessary repairs.

Stage 2: the gym was fully refurbished and the vacant area next to it was fitted out. The work involved replacing the flooring, repainting the walls, relocating equipment, and modifying the cabinetry. Additionally, a new opening was created to connect the extended area.

Since the gym is situated next to a high-end corporate office building, we made sure to be mindful of noise and dust to minimize any disturbance to the adjacent lobby.
